Finding the Diamond in the Rough

More often than not I get asked the question “how do you find a bargain house” Well there are lots of ways to find a bargain although one of the more common sure fire ways is keeping an eye out for estates which need to sell an actual property as part of the assets belonging to the estate.  Now how do you go about finding them is what everyone wants to know!

When I started off in real estate in 2003 I somehow immediately became linked with the estate side of real estate sales and worked my way through the somewhat complicated legal procedures that are involved with them and discovered opportunity in an interesting way.

Nine years later I am uncovering an even larger opportunity as estate attorneys contact me when they are in a pinch to sell something in a relative seamless and expeditious manner.  Last month I received a call on a real gem in Lincoln park section of Capitol Hill which needed to be sold ASAP due to a court order.

January 2012 I now have a roster of about 4 estate sale properties which are in the process of making their way to market by early March 2012.  If you are looking for a REAL DEAL  in Petworth, Brightwood, 14th Street Heights, Riggs Park or Brookland I have some good news for you!
