Each year the Washington Metro region’s tour of solar homes and buildings grows exponentially and this year the organization that sponsors it, the Solar Tour of Homes has expanded it to two days. With over 70 homes open to the public these two days, you are sure to learn something new about solar and the opportunity it presents our region with.
One of the more unique homes to be featured on the tour this year went ahead and documented the entire process of what they went through and the interesting solution that they came up with when too much hot water was being produced.
