Ok so I am not sure why I am posting another agents property other than this is one sweet deal you can’t afford to let slip away.

About 2 months ago I looked at this and thought it was a rather good deal at $115,000 but now I find out the bank ( foreclosure) has now lowered it to $98,900.  It is in a real nice garden style condo complex and I suppose the bank is now having their fire sale of sorts.

The property address is 420 Oklahoma Ave NE across the street from RFK Stadium area.
