Well we are headed right into the District’s long awaited Spring real estate market and opportunities are what we are seeing. We have even tweaked the tour to provide 2 different neighborhoods at 2 different times so you can catch both if you are on the fence about neighborhoods these days. The U Street area with its upscale nightlife and modern condos has just about everything you could be looking for in an urban hipster location. The properties we will be previewing have all just come on the market in the past week or so and we will be adding some other properties as we become aware of them.

As for Capitol Hill with its tree lined streets throughout the community and historic charm it offers one a uniquely different type of setting when compared to the U Street neighborhood.
