Government Summit 2011: Fuel for a Clean Energy Economy

USGBC will be holding a summit conference this Spring centered around the potential that exists amongst federally owned / operated buildings to go “green”.  The council already reports that 28 percent of all LEED projects are government-owned. It’s a bold effort that by 2030 the Federal Govt’s existing building stock of some 500,000 buildings are to achieve net zero energy as directed by an executive order.
