Home Perfection Contracting LLC, a trusted local builder, has announced it will begin construction on Mantua Hill’s first sustainable home this month. The plans are drawn and permits are approved. The to-be-built home is already on the market, looking for a buyer to come to the table in time to customize finishes to their liking. The spec project will be built with or without a buyer, and is scheduled to be completed around March of 2011.
